Thank you for shopping with Geahr Offroad. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
- Electrical components, special-order items, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective.
- Any item showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Required
- All returns must have an RMA number before being sent back.
- To request an RMA, please call or text our customer service team at 812-914-2233, or fill out our email form.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue. Returns received after this period may be rejected.
Return Process
- Contact us to request an RMA number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
- Include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip inside the package.
- Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our support team.
Shipping & Restocking
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or in error.
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of return approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery for prompt resolution.
